Business Centre

The new centre, part of the United Business Centre (UBC) nationwide network, has been set up as part of a joint venture with Cheshire-based Gladman Developments which sees UBC open business centres at eight Gladman locations across the UK. With 10,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, UBC Northumberland aims to attract companies of all sizes, from start-ups and growing concerns to larger businesses looking for flexible leasing arrangements. The centre's meeting room facilities will also provide professional meeting space for other businesses on the park and in the local area. Philip Grace, UBC managing director, said: "UBC Northumberland marks our first presence in the North East, extending our network further across the North of England. We have an aggressive schedule of openings planned for 2008 and are already on track to achieve our target of 45 centres by the end of the year.
